Hi,
I am working on a regional-scale simulation. One of the things is to activate three “inactive” PFTs via “mergetoclmpft” in the parameter file. And I also changed the surface dataset accordingly. However, it leads to an error. I've never seen this error before.
It states that "If you are seeing this message at the beginning of a run with use_init_interp = .true. and init_interp_method = "use_finidat_areas", and you are seeing weights less than 1, then a likely cause is: For the above-mentioned grid cell(s): The matching input grid cell had some non-zero-weight subgrid type that is not present in memory in the new run."
Could anyone help me explain the issue and advise me on how to address this? For convenience, I also attached a log file.
Many thanks!
