Question about locating NEON v4 forcing files in CTSM (Single Point Simulation)

I am running a NEON site simulation in CTSM and noticed that the updated evaluation (version v4) appears to be available on the NEON server. However, when I try to set

./xmlchange NEONVERSION=v4

The case does not recognize this option, suggesting that the CTSM version I am using does not yet include v4 as a supported option.

My main question is:
How can I locate the local path of the NEON v4 forcing files (if they already exist in the inputdata repository)? What is the best course if I want to run the case using v4?

For context, I am running a single-site NEON simulation for the HARV site. Earlier NEON forcing versions ( v3) seem to be available locally, but I am unsure where v4 is located. @oleson , can you help?

I *think* NEONVERSION=v4 came in as supported in ctsm5.4.003. Can you try that tag (or later)?
Let us know if that doesn't work.
