question about the fcur(fraction of allocation that goes to display pool)

      hi,everyone!when i check the file in '~/inputdata/lnd/clm2/pft-phsiology.c130503' and find the fcur only have two values (0 or 1).shouldn't it be a range of value from 0 to 1? wish some answers from anyone focus it
