question about the source of cwd？

hi，everyone.i have some question about source code of clm40 and need help .1 i want to find source code of source of CWD,but i can't find  it in the  ../src/cm40/biogeochem/...2 when the grid's pft subject to harvest,how the palnt's vegetation carbonpool changes from 0 to the other values,and where is the source code?i would appreciate it if anyone  give some help.
