question on the setting of OCN_PIO_STRIDE and OCN_PIO_NUMTASKS

In building the test case ERI.f19_g16.B1850, the setting of OCN_PIO_ROOT is asked to be 0. I am not sure if the changes in setting OCN_PIO_STRIDE and OCN_PIO_NUMTASKS I made as followed is appropriate or not. Would anyone give suggestions on the settings? Thanks.
