My case runs from 2006 to 2018. It finished sucessfully. However, file RCP85.pop.h.2013-01.nc is missing/deleted when tranfering to local harddisk.
What could I do to recover this file?
My first thought is:
1) modify 2019 in rpointer.* files to 2013
2) ./xmlchange CONTINUE_RUN=TRUE
then execute RCP85.submit.
But errors show: rtm.buildnml.csh could not find restart file for branch or hybrid start. So, I modified RUN_TYPE as the hints says by
3) ./xmlchange RUN_TYPE=startup
then execute RCP85.submit.
It goes fine.
I am not sure whether the results are exacly what I needed
