Hello, I have encountered two small issues. If anyone could give me any advice, I would be very grateful.
Firstly, I have created my own underlying surface data, and I want to ensure that these data, such as soil sand content (PCT_SAND), clay content (PCT_CLAY), and soil organic carbon content (ORGANIC), are indeed used during the operation of the model. How can I add these variables to the output file.

Second, I want to replace parameters related to methane, such as q10ch4, F0, zwt0, but I'm not sure whether I can successfully replace them. How should I output the values of these variable parameters to ensure that the parameter values I call last are those I replaced.

My replacement step is: In the file finundated_inversiondata_0.9x1.25_c170706.nc , F0 and ZWT0 were replaced .Replace the value of q10ch4 in params.c171117.nc

Some ctsm history fields are inactive. You will find a complete list of available history fields in this section of the documentation:

If the fields of interest to you are unavailable, then you should familiarize yourself with the code that writes out other fields, use it as a template, and try to replicate it for your new fields.

The simplest way to confirm the value of a variable or parameter is to include "write" statements in the code, which get written in the lnd.log file at run time. Again, to learn how to use write statements, you will need to look through the code for examples and try to replicate them for your purposes.
