Hi! I'm trying to regridd CAM output from iHESP runs using the SE dynamical core with the ne120 grid.
I followed the steps in the shell script mentioned in a previous thread (Tools to interpolate spectral element grid to lat/lon grid)
Using the scrip grid file from here:
/glade/p/cesmdata/cseg/inputdata/share/scripgrids/ne120np4_pentagons_100310.nc
I am able to produce a mapping file, however ncremap produces a file that is not properly gridded.
I was wondering if someone can help me figure out what I am doing wrong.
