Does anyone know how to regrid the output data in ne120 SE grid (column format) to the regular latitude-longitude format? Thanks.
regriding ne120 to lat/lon grid

There are regridding abilities in NCL that uses the ESMF software:http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/ESMF.shtmlI am attaching a script that could help. You would need to untar the file
