Request to add variables to the call to DoDataAssimilation

In CESM1_5's case.run script there's a call to DoDataAssimilation after the call to postRun.It would be helpful to add  $cycle and $config{DATA_ASSIMILATION_CYCLES}  to the argument list, so that the assimilation script would know which cycle is being executedout of how many cycles in the job.Thanks,Kevin Raeder
