requirement of pgi, netcdf, mpi to run cam3.5

I have been trying to run cam3.5 on our linux machine under different environment but failed. The old error messages seem related to the compiler and netcdf library. So far I have upgraded both pgi fortran compiler and netcdf library and now it's pgf90 version 7.0 and netcdf 3.6.3.

I would like to know under what environment cam3.5 had been tested successfully regarding to the version of pgf90, netcdf and MPI, which will be really helpful to me as guidence.

Thank you for your help.

CAM is currently tested with several compilers (PGI, Lahey, ..)
The testing with the portland group compiler is done with:
PGI version: 7.2-5
and the netcdf libraries 3.6.3
