Restart files for 1940?

Hi! I'm looking to run an experiment with CESM1.2.2 based on compset B1850C5CN at f19_g16 resolution but starting from 1940 initial conditions. Are there suitable restart files available for this? If so, how can I get hold of them?Many thanks!
