Run time ERROR

Hey,
I am porting the CESM 1_2_2_1 version where I am getting an error when I run the job when writing the daily data but not getting error when writing the monthly. The error in the CESM.log as follow

Opened file CAM5_POP21_f45_g37.cam.rh0.0001-01-02-00000.nc to write 1638400
NetCDF: Not a valid data type or _FillValue type mismatch
pio_support::pio_die:: myrank= -1 : ERROR: pionfwrite_mod::write_nfdarray_double: 246 : NetCDF: Not a valid data type or _FillValue type mismatch

I believe there is NaN values make the issue. Can anyone help me to procedure to rectify this?

I think the issue is how are you getting NaNs in your solution? Is there more information further up in the cesm log file?

I think that is the solution but I struggles a lot to find it. Attaching the cesm.log files with this.

Hey,
I got a signal from the atm.log file that

CHECK_VAR INFO: variable NUMLIQ is not on file
Warning: Not reading NUMLIQ from IC file.
NUMLIQ initialized by "microp_driver_init_cnst"

Is this making the problem?
