Running AMWG diags for simulations with SE d

I have a couple of short f-cesm simulations done using cam5-se and I want to run the atm diagnostics.

Is there a version the will use the se native files?  Will you point me to it?

You can run the AMWG with se native files.
The AMWG diags will regrid the files on a FV grid and then plot the usual sets.
