Running CESM for regional scale (Europe) on 25x25km resolution regular grid

Dear Forum,finally I got CESM1.2 running on global scale with ICN components and f19_g16 resolution. Now, I'm trying to figure out how i can get running CESM1.2 for regional scale wit 25km regular gridded climate data. In that case, I've mean daily temperature and precipitation values European countries. The grid cells are 25x25 km regular grid cells (148x232 grid cells). The latitute startet at 35.125 and longitute -24.875 decimal degree. Via the climate data, i'm be able to generate a land mask domain. But I also need map data with several variables. I tried to find information about the generating new inputfiles for user defined resolution, but unfortunately without success. I just could find informations about generating single point SCRIP, and Map data to run the model on one grid cell or single point. If someone can give some suggestion how i can generate the SCRIP, domain and the map file, I'd very appreciate this. Best wishes,Abdulla

Dear All,As I mentioned in my previous post, I"m triying to generate the domain, map, and surface files to run the cesm1.2.0 on regional scale. So far so good, I generated the domain files, and map files as well as SCRIP files.
 The steps were:1. ./mknoocnmap.pl -centerpoint 53.500,4.000 -name $GRIDNAME -dx 58.0 -dy 37.0 -nx 232 -ny 148in this step I generated the SCRIP files and the map file.2. ./gen_domain -m $MAPFILE -o $OCNDOM -l $ATMDOMin this step the domain files like domain.lnd.0.25x0.25_EU_noocean.nc, domain.ocn.0.25x0.25_EU_noocean.nc and domain.ocn_noocean.nc got generated.  But by using the templeta scripts of the  cesm tools, i can generate files for singel point or regional scale with just land and no ocean. I'm wondering how i can get the required domain, map and surface data files for cesm? I really need your help.
