I have use compset G (2000_DATM%NYF_SLND_DICE%SSMI_POP2_DROF%NYF_SGLC_SWAV) and res T62_t12 (a%T62_l%T62_oi%tx0.1v2_r%rx1_m%tx0.1v2_g%null_w%null) to create a high-resolution POP only case.
Things strange happened that after outputting data of the first day (high.pop.h.nday1.0001-01-01.nc) the model seems in stagnant. The log file stop updating, and no new history file output in a few hours until I break off the case.
In view of 420 cores were used in my case, I wonder if it is computing power deficiency that causes the results.
Dose anyone can give me a table of computing efficiency or some advice on high-resolution experiments?
