SCAM forcing

I never got any responses to this when I posted it a couple of months ago.
If someone knows the answer to this, I sure would appreciate it. thanks:

I am working on project that requires me to do some SCAM simulations and
Im relatively new to using SCAM. I have a question about the iop forcing file
that I got to do the run. It has profiles and forcings that change every 1200
seconds in the iop file. How does SCAM handle this? when it reads the iop file
does it see that there are profiles and forcings every 1200 seconds and does
it then nudge the fields to match these? If this is the case, does it do it
automatically or is there a flag you need to set to make sure it reads the
profiles and forcings in at the correct times as the model evolves? If anyone
has any experience with this, I would appreciate any insight about this. thanks

SCAM should do this automatically if the internal data format is correct. Right now I am pretty sure CAM does not accept IOP files that are post year 2000, which is bad and needs correcting (I am in th process of doing this).
