sea ice fraction

I am running the CESM F compset with a modified landmask. Now I get an error message saying 'inconistency between land fraction and sea ice fraction'. I changed the ice_ic to 'none' and also changed the ice_cov in the SST intitial file to zero. Where does the model gets the initial sea ice fraction from and how to modify it or turn it off?

The model gets the sea-ice fraction from the variable:
stream_fldfilename
in ice_in.

This is set by the variable:
SSTICE_DATA_FILENAME
in env_run.xmlTo modify this, you need to modify
SSTICE_DATA_FILENAME
in env_run.xml
If you modify the land fraction, you need to modify the sea-ice to be consistent with the land. If you modify the sea-ice you also need to modify the SST to be consistent with the new sea-ice.
