seriously wrong! CAM 3.0 and 3.1

I created the boundary dataset as described in user_guide.
when i run CAM3.0 in SOM mode ,the run log display the seriously error as follows:
" SPMDBUF: Allocating SPMD buffers of size 1790992
INIDAT: ocnfrac= 7.3686636359169828E-002
aerosol_init: using namelist value for carscl, or default
aerosol_init: Using sulfate from cyclic climatology
INITEXT: ocnfrac= 7.3686636359169828E-002
-13.86487351585338 1200.000000000000 -840.4699925771960
-7.0156799578350135E-005 -112.1410869906377 16637.84821902405
sublimate away all sea ice
something is probably seriously wrong
ice state at dh stop nstep = 0
lon,lat= 107 61
aice 1.9737952830459927E-012"

then,I run CAM3.1 in SOM mode.when i don't give the NCDATA file , the runlog display that model can not find the right initial file as follows:

" (GETFIL): attempting to find local file cami_0000-01-01_64x128_T42_L26_SOMc030918.nc
+102 (GETFIL): failed cmd=msread cami_0000-01-01_64x128_T42_L26_SOM_c030918.nc u/wangyf/weidong/cam3/inputdata/atm/cam/inic/gaus/cami_0000-01-01_64x128_T42_L26_SOM_c030918.nc
+103 WRAP_OPEN: nf_open failed for file cami_0000-01-01_64x128_T42_L26_SOM_c03018.nc

+104 A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

+105 ENDRUN:HANDLE_ERROR"

then, I give the NCDATA file with "cami_0000-09-01_64x128_L26_c030918.nc".
then ,it displays "something is probably seriously wrong" again.

What's wrong with the model run in SOM model? and,why the CAM3.1 datasets don't provide the right initial file for SOM to matching the topo file" topo-from-cami_0000-01-01_64x128_T42_L26_SOM_c030918.nc"?

Thanks very much!
