Set CO2 in the B1850C5CN case of CEMS1.2

Hi everyone,

I created the case of B1850C5CN using CESM1.2. I want to set the CO2 concentration. My purpose is to run the case based on this initial CO2 concentration. But I still don't know whether I should set it in user_nl_cam or CCSM_CO2_PPMV.
