Setting a run with a different STOP_OPTION to REST_OPTION

Hello I hope you can help, with what should be a answer I can find an answer to. I am running a B-LGM simulation using the new cesm2.1.0 codewith the following compset.1850_CAM60_CLM50%BGC_CICE_POP2_RTM_CISM2%NOEVOLVE_SWAVI am wanting to run at 1 year intervals (and resubmit) but save hist files and restart files at a monthly intervals, using these settings in the env_run.xml STOP_OPTION='nyears' STOP_N='1' HIST_OPTION='nmonths' REST_OPTION='nmonths' HIST_N='1'REST_N='1'Output is generated at monthly intervals (i.e in the /hist) folderA output folder is produced for the monthly restart files, but no restart are files are generated. Can I check if this should work? I think a work around is to run for 12 months, instead of one year.  Thanks Sarah Bradley

You need to set variable:DOUT_S_SAVE_INTERIM_RESTART_FILES to TRUE
