Setting hist_type1d_pertape='PFT' helps creating output on different CFT?

Dear, I am going to do some simulations and want to have some variables be outputted at different CFT scales. Does setting hist_type1d_pertape='PFT' can help me to do this?

Yes. Outputting at pft-level will include the crop types if you are running a BGC-Crop compset
