simple testrun

I submitted (./case.submit --no-batch) a simple 3-day testrun "--compset QPC4 --res f45_f45_mg37 --run-unsupported" in CESM2 and got the output below. I was expecting to at least find some output in the archive sub-directory /atm/hist/ but got none. Or is the 3day trial not enough to generate these files? From what I have below, the model executed successfully, but it also says :" WARNING: ncdump -v nhfil /....../output/exp1/run/exp1.cam.rs.0001-01-04-00000.nc failed rc=1 out= err=ncdump: nhfil: No such variable" . Did anything really go wrong?

You should read about and use the CESM testing mechanism. The default output frequency for the run you did is 1 month so you would not expect to get anything in 4 days.
