Soil balance error

In terms of running cesm, I am a novice. Someone else helped me complete the installation.I have created a case now, and attached are my stream file, user_nl_clm file, and a long-standing issue I encountered regarding soil energy balance after submitting the case (I have gone through all the previous processes). I hope to receive your help. If you need me to provide any additional documents, please feel free to point them out at any time.
What version of the code are you using?
cesm2.1.3-rc.01

Have you made any changes to files in the source tree?
I think I made the modifications, but I believe I have restored it. If there are any suggestions for me to check the source code, please point them out.

In the cesm.log I see this error:
NetCDF: Numeric conversion not representable
so probably something is wrong with the data in your streams, but I don't know where you should start looking.

If I were in this situation, I would start over with a clean version of the model to confirm that I can run it unmodified. If that runs, then you could start making your changes one at a time until the problem appears again.
