solar_parms_file vs solar_data_file

Dear CESM Team,
I am setting up an experiment with the compset B_1955-2005_WACCM_CN and now I am wondering, why in the cam.buildnml.csh offers the option to define the solar_parms_file (=wasolar_1948-2140_daily_c100805.nc) and the solar_data_file (=spectral_irradiance_Lean_1950-2140_daily_c100804.nc)?
The first dataset is the f10.7, and the second is the TSI.
So the question is: which one is used?

Kp and F10.7 (wasolar_1948-2140_daily_c100805.nc) are used in the aurora parametrizations. The solar irradiance data (spectral_irradiance_Lean_1950-2140_daily_c100804.nc) is used in the solar heating and the photolysis reactions.
