Some questions about cmip6 compset

Hello everyone, I have some questions about cmip6 compset.

1 What is the differences between 'B1850' and 'B1850cmip6'? I see the description but still feel confused.
2 I want to run CESM with compset 'BCO2x4cmip6' from a spun-up initial condition. Can I use the restart file of 'B1850cmip6' to start 'BCO2x4cmip6'?

Any tips are welcome. Thanks in advance!
