something wrong with the dataset: sst_HadOIBl_bc_128x256_1949_2001_c020812.nc

Dear CAM3.0 developers,
I am trying to run the cam3.0 with the monthly observed SSTs, sst_HadOIBl_bc_128x256_1949_2001_c020812.nc, but when I submit the job, the model stop with the followings errors:

My question is, is there something wrong with the dataset, sst_HadOIBl_bc_128x256_1949_2001_c020812.nc, or somewhere in my namelist?
