someting wrong when I creat new case

Dear all,
When I created a new case by
#./create_newcase --case case7 --compset X --res f19_g17 --mach ubuntu --run-unsupported --compiler intel#,
after tge command
#./case.build --skip-provenance-check#,
then I get
#Calling /home/zzwflood/CAMA/clm5.0/cime/src/build_scripts/buildlib.pioERROR:/home/zzwflood/CAMA/clm5.0/cime/src/build_scripts/buildlib.pio FAILED, cat /home/zzwflood/CAMA/clm5.0/output/case2/bld/pio.bldlog.221103-222940#.
The log,config_compilers.xml and config_machines.xml are in the attachment.

It appears that in the pio cmake step the compiler test is failing. But I cannot determine why from these files
look in /home/zzwflood/CAMA/clm5.0/output/case2/bld/intel/intelmpi/nodebug/nothreads/pio/pio1/ for output from the cmake command.
