Sources of the climatological heat flux and precipitation data in POP gx3v5 model?

Dear All,

I have done some experiments based on the CCSM POP ocean-along model (the coarse resolution gx3v5), with the heat flux (shf_20031208) and freshwater flux (sfwf_20040517). I want to document where this data come from. Could anybody tell me where this data come from? For example, solar radiation, cloud cover, surface wind, surface air temperature and air humidity, SSS and precipitation.
