Specifying ice-line

Hello,I am using cesm_1.0.2 with CAM4 physics. I would like to specify the ice line latitude (coverage of sea-ice from pole to a user specified latitude). I do not see an option for the ice_fraction in my 'cam.buildnml.csh' or 'cice.buildnml.csh'. I am using f45_g37 grid with E_2000 component set.ThanksRavi
