Submitting job with different project id

I want to submit a job with different project id. My user name is maruf and default Project ID is UAB****. Now I got access to differnt project and want to use their core hours. I tried with ./case.submit --project P9****** but did not work. How can I do that?

In your case directory, type "./xmlchange PROJECT=UAB*****" (and type out your whole project number here). The next time you submit, it will use this project number instead.
