Hi all! I'm quite new to CESM (still trying to download it!) and am having issues downloading the subversion client required for CESM. My organization's cluster has version 1.14 pre-downloaded but I tried to download 1.10 to be in compliance with CESM. This worked, but it seems like I need packages neon and serv in order to run svn for this program (see error below when I tried to run ./manage_externals/checkout_externals , I believe the lack of these packages is why this is happening?). I've been having issues with these downloads. Am I missing something? Is there an easy subversion download that works that I'm missing? Any advice or how you did it would be appreciated.
