super_fast_llnl and create_newcase -list

I am trying to run super_fast_llnl with F compset in present time.First, I would like to know how to get create_newcase -list and available cases of super_fast_llnl.Second, I am wondering if super_fast_llnl cases can be modified in dynamic, physics, chemistry, and periods. Thank you for your comments, in advance.

The create_newcase is generally run from the 'scripts' directory.  This should also be covered in more detail in the CESM manual.I am sorry, but I don't understand you second question. Best wishes,
