T42_gx3v5

I'm trying to run moderate resolution atmosphere with low resolution ocean (T42_gx3v5). The following problem occurs:
"
Attempting to read surface boundary data .....
(GETFIL): attempting to find local file surface-data. 128x064_atm.gx1v3_ocn.080101.nc
(GETFIL): using surface-data.128x064_atm.gx1v3_ocn.080101.nc
in current working directory
surfrd error: CAM fractional land differs from surface dataset at i,j= 62 4
surfrd error: CAM fractional land different from surface dataset input by more than 1.e-12 at i,j= 62 4
ENDRUN: called without a message string
"

For me this is a little bit strange. It is no surprise that the fraction of land in the clm and cam indata files are not exactly the same, is it? Do you need special indata files to run T42_gx3v5 or do you use a combination of the regular T42 and x3 indata files?
