Tasks can only run for two months after they are submitted

Hello,
The version I used was CESM2.1.3, and the component was FWHIST. I wanted to turn off the dust emission, so I set dust_emis_fact = 0.01D0, but after submitting the task each time, I could only run January and February 1979, and reported the following error. Which step did I have the problem with?
