The CMAQ(which is developed by EPA, USA,) coupled with CESM

Hello, guys, I have a question about CMAQ(which is developed by EPA, USA,)and CESM. Were there any chance that CMAQ can be coupled with CESM? The CMAQ model covers the golbe to local scale, so I wanna konw if the two models can be coupled and how to achive the goal, thank you

CESM is coupled using the highly configurable ESMF/NUOPC system. If the CMAQ already has an ESMF/NUOPC cap then coupling to cesm
should be a fairly straightforward exercise. If not, it will be more involved. A google search indicates that there may in fact already be such a cap

Thank you very much, I made a new pm2.5 inventory in the global scale, and I wanna know if it is correct, so I have to translate the emission of the inventory to concentration, I don't konw how to change the original inventory in CESM , and how to run the CESM to verify my inventory is correct. I find some articles verify the reginal inventory by the WRF-CMAQ, so I wanna know that if I can use CESM to verfy my inventory? where is the detailed steps? Thanks a lot
