The sensible and latent heat flux fields (FSH and EFLX_LH_TOT) from CLM4.5 were zeros after 12:00 AM

Sorry for troubles. I used CLM4.5 to simulate the sensible and latent heat flux at Maqu
site (single-point scale). When I extraced fields of "total sensible and latent heat flux fields (FSH and EFLX_LH_TOT) ", I found that these two variables were zeros after 12:00 AM (see the posted figures). It seems that only sensible and latent heat for water vapor may considered, while the canopy transpiration was zeros. I set the PTFs as the pure C4 grassland. the PCT_PFT[:,0,0]=numpy.array([0,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,100,0.000,0.000])MONTHLY_LAI[:,14,:,:]= numpy.array([0.2,0.225,0.45,1,1.8,4.025,3.075,2.35,0.7,0.5,0.25,0.3]) MONTHLY_SAI[:,14,:,:]= numpy.array([0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0])
I could not find the clue to solve this problem. Could you give me some suggestions? Thanks a lot for your kind help. 
 
I used the forcing data with 15 min interval as the input for point-scale simulation. I used user_datm.streams.txt.CLM1PT.CLM_USRDAT. I think the time setting in my case might cause this problem. Need help.
