There is no need to use a bgc_spinup mode when supplemental Nitrogen is on for all PFT's, as these modes bgc_spinup Nitrogen?

bgc_spinup is used to accelerate decomposition for the Nitrogen pools for the BGC model. If you are running with suplemental Nitrogen, there is no need to run this way. The two don't really make sense together. So just run the model for enough years to get the Carbon model spunup. This is the same as the final step in spinning up the full CN or BGC model, where accelerated decomposition is turned off. In your case just start with that last phase and run until your Carbon pools have reached equil.ibrium.
