tracer test emissions

In CAM3.0 usersguide, "BNDTVSF6" is full pathname of time-variant boundary dataset for tracer test emissions (required if tracers flag is set to true).
So if I want to add continuous tracers emission at specified point, I think I can use this variable.
I want to know what the "BNDTVSF6" dataset looks like? I can't find detailed description in the usersguide.
