unit for CLM history variable DWT_FROOTC_TO_LITR_MET_C should be gC/m^3/s instead gC/m^2/s?

I wasn't sure whether to post this question here in this sub group Software and Run-time Issues.Shouldn't the units for CLM history variable: DWT_FROOTC_TO_LITR_MET_C should be gC/m^3/s instead gC/m^2/s, as this is vertically resolved variable?Other variables whose unit should be corrected are:DWT_FROOTC_TO_LITR_CEL_C, DWT_FROOTC_TO_LITR_LIG_C, DWT_LIVECROOTC_TO_CWDC, DWT_DEADCROOTC_TO_CWDC, and similar variables for N, C13, and C14.Thanks,
