Dear all, Do you know if there is updated NCEP input data for CLM after year 2010?According to CLM documents, we can find NCEP reanalysis data from NCAR server or from ESG database, at the following links:NCAR SVN: https://svn-ccsm-inputdata.cgd.ucar.edu/trunk/inputdata/atm/datm7/atm_forcing.datm7.cruncep_qianFill.0.5d.V4.c130305/or ESG: https://www.earthsystemgrid.org/dataset/ucar.cgd.clm4.output.htmlbut both of them only have data from 1901 to 2010, at 0.5*0.5 degree. I have checked back these links several times in the last year but haven't seen any updates.
Later I found updated NCEP data from NOAA the following three links:NOAA:http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/psd/data/gridded/data.ncep.reanalysis.html or ftp://ftp.cdc.noaa.gov/Projects/Datasets/ncep.reanalysis/surface/ Or from UCAR: http://rda.ucar.edu/datasets/ds090.0/They have most recent data till 2015, but at 2.5°x2.5° and in different formats. It would be great if the similar dataset at half degree could be added to the NCAR database using the format as the files in the folder "atm_forcing.datm7.cruncep_qianFill.0.5d.V4.c130305".
Or if it is already existing somewhere, could anyone tell me?
