using cores in cpu as one processor

Hello Dears,I am not an expert in computer technology so please be patient and try to understand me. We did some tests using CESM (our version is regional adoptation for the Baltic Sea). We see that a lot of computing time is taken for comminication between cores. Is there any (would prefere simpler) way for using cpus as one processor?Thank you in advance for any help, with best regards,Jaromir
