Using LAI in Bgc module

Hi !

I'm now using ctsm5.3, and since I need to simulate the carbon cycle, I need to use the BgcCrop case. However, since the vegetation biomass of the Bgc module, such as LAI, is calculated by itself, I would like to ask if there are any methods that can assimilate remote sensing LAI into the Bgc process of the model.

I think the DART system has methods of doing that:
