Using no-flux condition on the Tibetan Plateau

Hi, all
Does anyone know how to stop the thermal flux exchange on the Tibetan Plateau in CAM3.0 and CAM5.0 model?I want to us no-flux condition in this area and stop the flux transmission form land to the atmosphere. Is this process controlled by lan2atmMod.F90 in clm2 model or controlled by any parameter?
Any advices will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
