Using prescribed SSTs to force CAM5 vis CESM

How exactly should I go about inputting my SST data into the data ocean and cice components for CAM5 via CESM 1_0_5 (the CESM version compatible to yellowstone)? The path to my SST data in yellowstone is /glade/u/home/ssimon/forcingdata/mca/sst_HadOIBl_bc_1.9x2.5_tpc_2x.nc. In short, which files do I need to modify (at the moment, I am assuming only docn.buildnml.csh and cice.buildnml.csh) and what exact changes do I need to make to the variables and paths in these files? Thanks in advance.
