Using surface roughness map in CAM3.0

Hello all,I have obtained a high res surface roughness map for Mars that I would like to input into CAM3.0. From what I understand, surface roughness over land (z0m) is currently set as a constant 0.01m. I'd like to use the map data instead. However, I don't understand how to best input the data. The map is in lat, lon coordinates and from what I understand, the land model using a pft grid. Is there an easy way from me to define z0m in BareGroundFluxesMod.F90? Thanks for any assistance!-Victoria
