ustar_min default documentation

Hi,

Looks like the ustar_min default is 0.005 but the documentation says it's 0.0005 - is this a typo? The lower value also appears in configuration/scripts/ice_in.

This may not be a "typo" per say. I believe that the default changed recently. I will look into this further.
