Hi,
I am running a g-case (ocean-ice coupled). One problem is that
the arctic ice melt so much initially that the upper ocean water in the
North Atlantic is too light.
I undertand that the initial ice data is derived from a fully coupled
model run. It is a binary file: iced.0001-01-01.gx3v7_20080212.
I am trying to find a way to reduce the ice thikcness in this initial
condition file. But, I have no idea what variables are contained
in this file. It would be very helpful to know the variables and their
dimensions included in this file.
Thank you.
