Version of interpic

Hi,
It was noted in several posts that the regridding tool interpic can be used to generate new atmospheric IC files. However, the only version of interpic I could find was in ccsm4_0_a01:
https://svn-ccsm-release.cgd.ucar.edu/model_versions/ccsm4_0_a01/models/atm/cam/tools/interpic_new/

It seems that this version is from 2008. Can this version still be used in connection with CESM 1.2.2? Or is there an updated version available for download somewhere?

Thanks,
Thomas

Interpic just interpolates existing IC files to new grids, given a template. I would think therefore that there is no need to update interpic, and that an old version should work fine with the current release. Interpic is part of the CAM developer repository. If you have problems with the old version of interpic, you might inquire in the CAM subforum.
