The list of history variables available for output varies depending on the configuration of CESM. In the atmosphere log output during each model run, there is a list of all available history output for that configuration (search for "MASTER FIELD LIST").
For convenience, I have attached the master field list for a WACCM4 run from a recent developer tag. Note that some of these fields may not yet be available on the release version, and this list will change over time.
Due to constraints on attachment size on this wiki, I have broken the list into 2 compressed text files:
